about

zoma home specializes in renovation and project management, interior design, commercial, retail and office design, consulting, property staging, marketing, and most importantly, delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs and budget of each client. Founded in 2003, zoma home started as a part-time venture after Zoë converted a former church into her unique new home. Her skills in carpentry, renovation and design attracted a growing clientele, and after some exposure on tv and a feature in a national design magazine, Zoë gained significant momentum and zoma home became a full-time endeavour in 2007.

meet Zoë

This native Torontonian specializes in revitalizing neglected properties, uncovering hidden potential, and seamlessly blending original architectural details with modern design elements. Her focus on adding value while optimizing costs results in the creation of homes that are both beautiful, functional and don’t cost the earth - both literally and figuratively.

Starting out behind the scenes in TV, Zoë transitioned from media to design in 2007. She also has successfully ‘flipped’ 18 Toronto properties as her passion lies in rescuing older homes, preserving their character, and transforming them into safe, stylish family residences.

Zoë lives in a converted residential storefront building in Toronto and recently purchased a century-old country schoolhouse to convert into a family retreat, but then an opportunity to acquire a nearby church redirected her focus, presenting a myriad of new opportunities and challenges!
